February 24, 2009

Following the opener with Sharon Osbourne, in the second show of this six part series, Piers Morgan’s Life Stories turns its attention to the man Piers describes as “most people’s choice to be Prime Minister” Sir Richard Branson, boss of the mega-brand Virgin and one of Britain’s greatest entrepreneur.

In this intimate and revealing hour long interview, filmed entirely in front of a studio audience, Sir Richard discloses what makes him tick and drives him to be the success he is today.

Among the many subjects covered Richard reveals:

  • The most reckless he has been with his personal money was buying Necker Island, although he divulges he has lost his credit card and his wife has banned him from using cash point machines.
  • His thoughts on his marriage of 32 years, flirting and why he thinks monogamy is difficult.
  • Endeavouring to be the first family in space, and why his wife’s not joining him.

During the show there will also be contruibutions from those closest to Richard both from his family life and from his working relationships. Tune in on Sunday night to watch Piers find out what makes one of the UK’s most famous businessman tick.
