21.53 The two acts back in front of the judges are 2 Grand and Callum Francis. Who wants to be a judge and decide between these two?

Simon goes first and is full of praise for both acts but has to go with 2 Grand as he feels Callum will have another chance.

Amanda goes with her heart and 2 Grand and our decision is made. It’s too late for him but Piers would have picked Callum.

2 Grand go through to Saturday’s final.

21.52 The 8 semi finalists return to the stage for a very nerve wracking 5 minutes. Who will win the popular vote tonight?

Julian Smith takes his Sax into the final!! Congrats to him he’s speechless.

21.41 So who will be going through - definitely a tight one tonight. Over on the iViva Twitter we are still playing describe the acts in one word. For 2 Grand the winning entry was Waltons from @Tawyn and for the last act tonight Fabia our one word is FABAlous from @JVanderfey. That’s your last round but keep checking the iViva twitter for more updates on your favourite celebs.

21.33 Last out on stage tonight (because of the watershed?) Fabia Cerra is more covered up than she was for her previous performance! Sporting an electronic light covered bra she dances to the music from Flashdance. The climax with water pouring from the celing gets a great reaction from the audience.

LINES ARE NOW OPEN - if you are overseas trust us Brits we haven’t got it wrong so far! (have we??)

As for the judges; Simon first he loved it for the variety but Piers thinks it may be the end of the road for ms Cerra. Amanda flies the flag for curvy girls and shows her support for Fabia. Will we be seeing her again?

21.27 Like Stavros it’s a family affair with 2 Grand! The Granddad and granddaughter combination sing Somewhere Out There and it is time for AMANDA TEAR WATCH - yep she is off! Amanda forces back the tears and says she loves it and even Simon finds his normally cold heart melted by their sincerity. Piers rounds off the comments and echoes the other two judges and 2 Grand’s Sally has some tears to match Amanda’s.

21.22 So another break and lets check in on the iViva twitter where they are playing one word descriptions: First up was Brit Chix and the winner is @Wiitte with GIRLSALOTLOUDER and as for Julian his word comes from @EPriceless with SAXXY. Get involved by clicking here.

21.20 One man and his instrument - Julian Smith plays for the heart strings as he performs All By Myself. The crowd really enjoyed it and Amanda managed not to cry! Piers calls Julian the coolest contestant so far and thinks he is in with a chance. Amanda hails him as the best act so far tonight and lastly Simon goes against type and says he enjoyed it when normally he hates this type of act.

21.11 Brit Chix rock on to our screens with a suped version of the Spice Girls Wannabe. Very sadly they have got three buzzers and have to stop. Simon looks annoyed and calls it horrible. Piers thinks the look and feel is good but the vocals aren’t strong enough. Amanda encourages them to come back next year.

21.01 Back to the world of the iViva twitter where we are asking for one word to describe each act. Winners this time round are: for Callum - superCALLUMfragilisticexpialidocious from @_esquiva and for Fred Bowers - Hip-Op from @marie_eccles get involved by clicking here.

20.59 One of the oldest contestants, Fred Bowers the OAP breakdancer comes on to the stage. Throwing shapes to some sort of rave tune Fred seems to be enjoying it and the crowd are cheering him on. Amanda doesn’t think it is strong enough for the finals, Simon simply says ‘good luck’, Piers calls it inspirational but will it be enough to get him to the final?

20.53 Cheeky scamp Callum Francis is next up with a medley of songs from the Jungle Book and his smile is infectious! A really sweet performance that had the audience singing along. Piers is definite in his support and says the West End should get ready. Amanda wants him in the final and Simon is full of praise as well. Callum wins the cute vote hands down!

20.47 Over on the iViva twitter the one word winners are: in reference to Sugar Free DANCETASTIC from @sambonner7 and for Tippy Toes - Butlins from @NNurse get involved by clicking here.

20.45 Jackie Prescott & Tippy Toes and it is the first human animal combo of the semi finals and is also our first buzzed act tonight as Piers hit the button very early. Tippy Toes has disappointed Simon and he looks to be regretting his decision to put her through.Piers compares Tippy to a poor performing Wayne Rooney and Amanda says it is an improvement but thinks it wasn’t good enough.

20.40 Sugar Free, hailing from Kent, are the show openers tonight. Dancing to Britney Spears’ Circus they run through the routine with a great deal of slickness. Simon isn’t hugely impressed and brands it stage school, Piers thinks they have a chance and the audience seemed to like it. More hands as telephone impressions from the girls… does that work??

20.30 and we are off Ant & Dec dapper as always run through the guests and welcome the judges to the stage. Simon, Amanda and Piers are all in attendance. Let’s hope for a buzzer free evening.
