Katherine Jenkins

October 20, 2009

Piers Morgan’s Life Stories has another amazing show lined up for this week. Following on from Cilla Black and Boris Becker, this week Piers takes a seat across from the 4 million selling Mezzo Soprano Katherine Jenkins. Born in 1980 in Neath, Wales Katherine has gone from humble beginnings to being one of the biggest names in Classical music. She was the first artist to have two British classical no.1 albums in the same year. Her career has gone from strength to strength as she performed throughout the world in increasingly high profile events.

Off the stage however life hasn’t been so easy with Katherine dealing with the tragic loss of her father at an early age, struggling to adjust to life in London and being the victim of a sexual assault. Piers will be leaving no stone unturned as he tries to discover the real person behind the singing sensation.

Tune in to ITV1 this Saturday night at 10pm to watch the show unfold.
